Your Typical Day
- Your main goal each day is to provide awesome service and drive sales, which means that your priority is working with customers and selling product each day!
- You will also help your store complete day-to-day tasks like helping merchandise the sales floor and updating the store’s sales floor with new product and marketing materials.
- You will also receive training and development for your current and future roles within the company.

Assistant Store Manager
Your Typical Day
- Start your day by checking in with the Store Manager and making a plan to meet your goals each day.
- You will focus on beating your sales goals and motivating your team to achieve their goals.
- Supervise and help with tasks like processing incoming shipments, helping out with changes to the store’s visual displays and marking down shoes that are on sale.
- With the help of your Store Manager, you will train and develop your staff. Like the rest of the team, your priority each day is to drive sales, which means you get to work with customers and sell product!
- Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations and loss prevention needs as needed by your Store Manager.
- Work with and develop an awesome team!
