LB DONATES 200 ART KITS TO CHILDREN WITH CAN’D AID

LB managers spent the morning creating over 200 art kits for children most in-need. They packed the kits with arts and crafts supplies and topped them off with personalized special touches by decorating the bags and writing heartfelt notes of encouragement and support for the recipients.

On October 27th, in partnership with Can’d Aid, Little Burgundy managers across Canada came together to nurture and support the creativity of Canadian children.
Can’d Aid is a nationally recognized nonprofit operating with a mission to build thriving communities across Canada. They do so through several areas of focus, specifically: water distribution programs, environmental protection initiatives, and the creation of opportunities for underserved children to engage with music, arts, and the environment.
Little Burgundy wholeheartedly supports the mission of Can’d Aid and was grateful for the opportunity to contribute to their incredible and important initiatives. The 200+ art kits that LB managers put together on October 27th were donated to Youth Unlimited and Tyndale St. George’s Community Center, to be distributed to members of their respective communities.
We thank Can’d Aid for the chance to encourage the creativity of young artists and for their commitment to creating thriving Canadian communities.
