How did you get started doing what you’re doing? From an early age, I liked to learn things on my own. I was the geek of the house. I used to open up computers trying to figure out how they worked and then put them back together. Then in high school, I started doing some cover designs for artists that I knew at the time as well as some Myspace designs, website designs, flyers all that fun stuff.
How did you get involved with New Regime? I joined the New Regime team in May 2009. It started with me doing graphic design for them and showing them a better way to present the product. Eventually we became partners.
Tell us about the New Regime branding. Why orange? When we started brainstorming for a branding colour as a team, we all liked red so we started using it. But eventually, we realized a lot of brands are branded red so we tried to find a different colour for ourselves and grew into the new orange that we have today.
What does multi mean to you? It’s the formula that applies most to my personal lifestyle. It’s the ability to do multiple things at the same time. I don’t want to stick to doing one thing. I multitask a lot and I do a lot of things simultaneously.
